Instructions for filling booking form

- All Images and receipt to be upload in the form should be clean and clear.
- Everything must be filled correctly. The form has to be filled properly.
- We will email you stall number to you.
- Cash payment is not accepted for booking.
- The fee must be deposited in the following bank :

Terms and Conditions of Advertisement in Exhibition

The exhibition date may change due to national circumstances. Participants will be informed promptly of any rescheduling.
The participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
SMD Screen arrangement are determined by the organizers and are non-negotiable.
Clients must adhere to all policies and regulations set by the organizers. Non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the exhibition without a refund.
Obscene and un-Islamic content will not be broadcast in advertisements.
Advertisement video or advertisement material will be played only for a duration of 30 seconds.
Orders for videos longer than 30 seconds will be charged double.
Your advertisement will run repeatedly throughout the day on the SMD screen.
The order of paper media will be different from multimedia.
In the case of brochure and catalog orders, we will be responsible for its distribution at the exhibition.
For brochure and flyer distribution, it will be necessary to have them couriered to the organization’s address ten days before the exhibition.
